阻燃OGFC沥青混合料应用于隧道路面可行性探究

  要:长大隧道路面存在抗滑性不足、噪音大、排水困难以及隧道火灾等问题,为此本文从材料性能和施工工艺两方面研究了掺加膨胀型阻燃剂OGFC沥青混合料应用于隧道路面的可行性。室内试验表明当油石比为4.4%时,OGFC-13的各项路用性能均能满足隧道路面使用要求;通过试验段铺筑确定了合理的施工工艺,并指出了施工注意事项;综合铺筑完成的路面检测结果来看阻燃OGFC沥青混合料适用于长大隧道公路路面。

Study on mix proportion design and construction technology of tunnel

fire retardant ogfc asphalt mixture

Abstract: In order to solve the problems such as lack of anti-sliding, noise, drainage and tunnel fire, the mix proportion design method of OGFC asphalt mixture with intumescent flame retardant  was studied in this paper. Test results showed that when the ratio of oil stone was reached 4.4 %, the pavement performance of OGFC-13 could meet the requirements. Reasonable construction technology was determined through the test section paving and construction attentions was summed up. The OGFC asphalt mixture prepared with flame retardant modified asphalt is suitable for the long tunnel road surface.
