不同老化方式对SBS改性沥青的路用性能影响

  本文在薄膜烘箱老化、PAV老化和紫外老化等不同老化方式下,研究了SBS改性沥青老化前后的针入度、5℃延度、软化点、135℃动力粘度以及弹性恢复等性能的变化规律。结果表明:老化后SBS改性沥青的5℃延度与135℃运动粘度变化显著,老化对SBS改性沥青的高、低温性能影响显著;TFOT短期老化后,原符合要求的 SBS改性沥青性能发生了大幅下降,在长期使用过程(紫外老化、PAV老化)中,随老化时间的延长,SBS改性沥青性能衰减幅度逐渐减小。

Abstract Aging effects before and after aging on the SBS modified asphalt, penetration, 5 ductility, softening point, 135 dynamic viscosity and elastic recovery, were studied under different aging methods such as TFOT, PAV and ultraviolet. The results showed that after aging, the 5 and 135 kinematic viscosity of SBS modified asphalt were significantly changed, and had significant effect on the high and low temperature performance of SBS modified asphalt by aging. After short term aging of TFOT, performance of SBS modified asphalt decreased significantly. During the long-term application process (ultraviolet aging and PAV aging), the attenuation range of SBS modified asphalt gradually decreased with the extension of aging time,.
