高粘度复合改性沥青的性能影响因素分析

  要:利用脱硫降解的废旧轮胎胶粉与SBS复合制备了高粘度复合改性沥青,并对高粘度复合改性沥青的性能影响因素进行了分析,结果表明:降解胶粉的含量不宜超过15%;采用交联稳定生产工艺可有效提高高粘度复合改性沥青的贮存稳定性。

Abstract: The modified asphalt with high viscosity was prepared by waste tire rubber powder and SBS compound dissolved by desulfurization. The factors affecting the performance of high viscosity composite modified asphalt were analyzed. The results showed that the content of degradable rubber powder should not exceed 15 % ; and the storage stability of the high - viscosity composite modified asphalt can be effectively improved by adopting a cross - linking stable production process.
