路基施工水泥改良土厂拌工艺的研究

  要:客运铁路对线路精度要求极高,对周边环境变化极为敏感,因此湿陷性黄土路基工程的稳定性常常成为工程建设的瓶颈。本研究以新建城际铁路西安至韩城线路基工程水泥改良土拌和为例,通过对水泥改良土厂拌施工工艺研究,结合湿陷性黄土不良土质,研究了诸多的改良措施,大大提高了工作效率和出厂的改良土质量,也达到了环保的技术要求。

Study on cement modified soil mixing Technology in subgrade Construction

Abstract: Passenger railway requires very high accuracy and is sensitive to the changes of surrounding environment. The stability of collapsible loess subgrade engineering often becomes the bottleneck of engineering construction. This job practice takes the cement improved soil mixing of the new inter-city railway from Xi'an to Hancheng as an example, through the research on the construction technology of cement modified soil factory mixing, combining with the poor soil quality of collapsible loess, studied a lot of small innovations . It greatly improves the working efficiency and the quality of improved soil, and meets the technical requirements of environmental protection.
