浅谈城际铁路桥梁桩基钢筋及混凝土施工要点

  要:城际铁路桥梁桩基钢筋、混凝土传统施工方法中,存在钢筋笼伸入承台主筋易受污染、人工弯制桩顶钢筋弯钩质量不达标、钢筋笼吊放无限位措施导致钢筋笼偏位,造成钢筋笼保护层厚度不足;混凝土灌注标高测量不准确造成导管拔脱或超灌、少灌;桩头破除线形难控制造成混凝土缺棱掉角等质量通病。本文通过对桩基钢筋笼制作、吊放定位及混凝土施工质量控制方法进行改进,有效地解决了传统施工方法存在的质量通病。

Improvement of construction technology of reinforced concrete for pile foundation of Intercity Railway Bridge

Abstract: In the traditional construction methods of reinforcing bars and concrete for pile foundation of inter-city railway bridges, there are some problems, such as the main bars of steel cage extending into the cap are liable to be polluted, the quality of steel hooks on the top of artificial bending piles is not up to standard, and the steel cage is hoisted in infinite position, which results in the deviation of reinforcing bars cage and the insufficient thickness of protective layer of reinforcing bars Pipe pull-out or over-filling, less filling, and difficult to control the linearity of pile head break result in the lack of concrete edge and angle. This paper improves the methods of making reinforcing steel cage of pile foundation, positioning of hoisting and quality control of concrete construction, and effectively solves the common quality problems existing in traditional construction methods.
