浅谈城际铁路桥梁桩基钻孔施工要点

  要:城际铁路桥梁钻孔桩在自重湿陷性黄土地区施工中,自重湿陷性黄土遇水后发生显著湿陷性沉降变形,其所拌制的泥浆护壁效果差,易造成孔位定位不准确、钢护筒位移、倾斜、掉落,钻孔桩塌孔、缩径等质量问题,本文通过对孔位中心定位装置、钢护筒、泥浆池布置和泥浆制备进行工艺改良,有效的解决了自重湿陷性黄土地区桥梁钻孔施工的质量问题。

Talking about the key points of bored Construction of Intercity Railway Bridge pile Foundation

Abstract: During the construction of Bored Piles for inter-city railway bridges in the self-weight collapsible loess area, the self-weight collapsible loess undergoes significant collapsible settlement deformation after being subjected to water, and the mud wall protection effect is poor, which easily causes the quality problems such as inaccurate positioning of holes, displacement, inclination and fall of steel barrels, collapse of bored piles and shrinkage of diameters. The technology improvements of hole location center positioning device, steel guard barrel, slurry pool layout and slurry preparation have effectively solved the quality problems of bridge drilling construction in self-weight collapsible loess area.
