混凝土拌和站及试验室信息化应用成果

摘要:混凝土拌和站、试验室作为控制原材料、混凝土质量的核心机构,其试验检测、称量记录、拌和数据等处理较多,数据处理需及时准确,受人为干扰因素较多,易造成原材料、混凝土各项指标超标后报警、处理不及时等问题,通过在城际铁路混凝土拌和站、试验室设备上应用信息化技术,有效地解决了上述问题,取得了显著的成果。

Abstract: Concrete mixing station and laboratory are the core institutions for controlling raw materials and concrete quality. There are many processing methods such as test detection, weighing record, mixing data and so on. Data processing needs to be timely and accurate, and there are many human interference factors. It is easy to cause problems such as alarm and untimely processing when raw materials and concrete indicators exceed the standard. Through the application of information technology in concrete mixing station and laboratory equipment of inter-city railway, the above problems have been effectively solved and remarkable achievements have been achieved.
