水泥混凝土桥面防水粘结层不透水性能研究

  要:为了研究水泥混凝土桥面防水粘结层的不透水性能,采用AC-5AC-20两种沥青混合料类型,分别对溶剂型粘结剂、水性沥青基涂料和SBS改性沥青三种防水粘结材料进行不透水性试验。试验结果表明:三种防水材料的不透水性能依次为:溶剂型粘结剂<水性沥青基涂料<SBS改性沥青;空隙率大、公称最大粒径大的AC-20的防水性能比空隙率小、公称最大粒径小的AC-5的防水性能差。

Study on Impermeability of Waterproof Bonding Layer of Cement Concrete Bridge Deck

Abstract: In order to study the impermeability of cement concrete bridge deck waterproof binder, two types of asphalt mixtures, AC-5 and AC-20, were used to test the impermeability of three waterproof binders: solvent binder, waterborne asphalt-based paint and SBS modified asphalt The results showed that the waterproof properties of the three waterproof materials were as follows: solvent-based binder waterborne asphalt-based paint SBS modified asphalt; the waterproof performance of AC-20 with large void fraction and nominal maximum particle size was worse than that of AC-5 with small void fraction and nominal maximum particle size.
