水泥混凝土桥面防水粘结层粘结强度研究

  要:为研究水泥混凝土桥面板与沥青混凝土铺装层间防水粘结层的粘结性能,采用拉拔试验测定防水粘结层的抗拉强度,并对防水材料类型、试验条件和水泥混凝土界面处理等因素对粘结性能的影响进行方差分析。试验结果表明:防水材料类型和试验条件对抗拉性能有显著影响,水泥混凝土界面处理及因素间交互作用对试验结果没有显著影响;三种防水材料的抗拉性能最好的为SBS改性沥青,其次为溶剂型粘结剂,再次为水性沥青基涂料;抗拉强度随着温度的升高迅速下降。

Study on Bond Strength of Waterproof Bond Layer of Cement Concrete Bridge Deck

Abstract: In order to study the bonding performance of waterproof bonding layer between cement concrete bridge deck and asphalt concrete pavement, the tensile strength of waterproof bonding layer was measured by pull-out test, and the variance analysis of the influence of waterproof material type, test conditions and cement concrete interface treatment on bonding performance was carried out. The test results showed that the types of waterproof materials and test conditions have significant influence on the tensile properties, and the interface treatment of cement concrete and the interaction between factors had no significant influence on the test results. The best tensile properties of the three waterproof materials awere SBS modified asphalt, followed by solvent-based binder and water-based asphalt-based coating, the tensile strength decreased rapidly with the increase of temperature.
