粘贴钢板加固桥梁技术质量检验评定体系构建

  要:目前,大量既有损伤桥梁采用了粘贴钢板加固方法进行承载能力提升处理,但规范里主要针对未进行加固过的桥梁进行评价。然而,还未有明确的加固后质量评定标准。基于此,本文以层次分析法为基础,建立了与之相对应的评定体系,计算了各指标的权重,对各指标进行了排序;在此基础上,通过变权理论对权重进行了修正,借助二级模糊评判法对加固后的桥梁进行了科学评定;最后,采用实际加固例子对整个体系进行了验证。结果表明:本方法构建的基于粘贴钢板加固桥梁质量检验评定体系理论正确、方法可行。

AbstractAt present, a large number of existing damaged bridges have been strengthened by sticking steel plates. However, there is no clear quality evaluation criterion after reinforcement. Based on this, this paper established the corresponding evaluation system based on the analytic hierarchy process, calculated the weight of each index, and ranked each index. On this basis, according to the variable weight theory, the weight was revised, and the overall evaluation of structural reinforcement quality inspection was carried out by the two-level fuzzy evaluation method. Finally, the whole system was verified by an actual reinforcement example. The results showed that the theory and method of the bridge quality inspection and evaluation system based on bonded steel plates were correct and feasible.
