浅谈农村公路分包施工管理存在的问题及对策

  分析了农村公路施工管理中存在的相关问题,从质量管理方面提出了三大策略:实施全程动态化质量控制模式,完善全员参与激励与约束机制,狠对关键节点实行重点监控。从成本管理方面,提出了完善全面预算控制、加强材料及施工机械设备成本控制的措施,得出了“只有不断总结、分析,不断完善管理体系,创新管理模式与方法,才能提高农村公路施工管理水平的”结论。

AbstractThe paper analyzes the related problems of the rural highway construction managementand puts forward strategies from aspects of quality management: implement the whole dynamic quality control modeimprove the incentive and constraint mechanism of participation and malicious conduct key monitoring of key nodes. From the aspects of cost managementprosed:improving the comprehensive budget controlcontrol plus material and the cost of construction machinery and equipment. It draws a conclusion that only by constantly summarize, analysisconstantly improve the management system and innovate management mode and methodwhich could improve the level of rural highway construction management.
