车辆全计重收费系统称重存在问题与处理

  通过对车辆计重收费系统使用过程中出现的车辆丢轴、跟车、称重数据上报迟钝、客货分流、车牌识别与抓拍等问题分析,从秤台厂家和收费站两方面入手,提出在有条件的收费站采用车辆客货分流通过;对于因为客货车流不均衡或者车道数限制而不能采用客货分流的收费站,设置客货混合车道;对于货车专用车道或客货混合车道,在收尾线圈前1m处设置停车线安排外勤人员对车辆进行引导对于动态秤和静态秤同时存在的收费站,尽量使用动态秤作为客车车道,使用静态秤作为货车车道

AbstractThrough analysis on the problems of vehicle drop shaftvehicle flowingweighing data reporting laggingpassenger and freight traffic diversionlicense plate recognition and snap in the process of using the vehicle total weight  toll  systemthe paper presents treatments as followings from the scale manufacturers and toll station two aspects. Firstlyset the mixed lane when  the toll station without passenger and freight traffic diversion because of passenger and freight traffic  uneven or lane number limit. Secondlyset the stop line or arrange field staff to guide vehicles  before the closing coil one meter for truck accommodation lane or mixed lane. Lastlyuse dynamic scale for bus lane and static scale for truck lane as far as possible when the toll station coexisting dynamic and static scale.
