  预应力箱梁孔道压浆质量的好坏会直接影响到预应力混凝土桥梁结构的实用性、耐久性、甚至是安全性。因此,对压浆缺陷的检测成为保证预应力桥梁质量的重要环节。本文以美国Olson仪器设备公司研制的IES扫描式冲击回波测试系统作为检测设备,详细介绍了IES系统用于预应力箱梁孔道压浆质量检测的工程实例以及压浆质量评价。

AbstractThe grouting quality of prestressed box girder pipeline directly affects the usefulnessdurability and even safeness of prestressed concrete box girder. Thereforeit’s crucial of grouting flaw detection to ensure the quality of prestressed box girder. This paper carefully introduces the project case of the pipeline grouting quality detection and the evaluation accordingly based on IES system made by Olson instruments Inc. from USA.
