冲击回波在预制梁压浆密实度检测中的应用

  在工程实际中,预制梁的孔道压浆属隐蔽工程,其施工质量根据常规的出浆口的出浆情况进行判断,受工程技术人员的主观判断影响很大,压浆质量难以保证。冲击回波法是一种应用比较广泛的无损检测方法。依据冲击回波主频在不同孔道注浆密实度下响应的不同,来判断预制箱梁的纵向预应力金属波纹管中的压浆密实情况。经现场检测验证,通过对冲击回波主频响应的分析能较准确地对预应力孔道的压浆质量进行判断,从而有效监督预制梁场的压浆质量,对提高整体的工程质量很有意义。

After field validitythe impact-echo method can accurately precast box girder pore within grouting dense case qualitative judgmentthis method can effectively prestressed beam pipe carried grouting quality detection. it is of significance to improve the overall quality of the project.
