基于FLAC3D的采空区稳定性评价

  近年来,随着城市发展快速扩张,大量基础设施不得不修建在采空区的上方,高层建筑不断出现,对场地地基的长期变形特征提出了较高的要求,常规分析方法因未能给出精细的地表采空变形空间分布特征而不能满足工程需求,本文以陕北榆林市榆阳区榆阳东村某拟建工程为例,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对榆阳东村采空区地基现今以及在上覆荷载的作用下的稳定性进行评价,根据模拟分析结果建议,在采空区不做处理时,上部荷载宜小于190kPa,必要时可采用注浆方法对采空区进行地基处理。

Abstract: In recent yearsa considerable number of infrastructure have to be constructed at the mined-out areas for the expansion of cities. As a resultsome high-rise buildings have a higher request for long-term characteristic of deformation of the foundationhoweverconventional methods can not meet the demand of engineering for not giving a precise spatial distribution characteristics of deformation in mined-out areas. This paper is mainly about foundation stability accessment of a mined-out area with numerical simulation software of FLAC3Dbased on a proposed projectwhich is now under loads at Yuyangdong country. According to the simulated resultit is suggested that when no treatment is applied on foundation of mined-out areaupper load should be below 190kPa and the treatment on foundation can be applied by grouting method if necessary.
