评价沥青混合料高温性能的蠕变试验与车辙试验相关性研究

  为了验证蠕变试验获得的力学参数是否能够有效评价沥青混合料高温稳定性,选取了三种沥青混合料级配在三种不同温度下进行单轴静态蠕变试验、重复蠕变试验和车辙试验,对比分析了蠕变试验力学参数与车辙试验动稳定度和永久变形量之间的相关性。试验结果表明:单周静态蠕变试验残余应变比、斜率b1,蠕变劲度模量E2和流动次数FnDS和车辙深度有着良好的相关性,均可用来评价沥青混合料的高温稳定性;单轴静态蠕变试验的斜率b1与车辙实验的动稳定度DS相关性最高,重复加载蠕变试验的的斜率b2和流动次数Fn与车辙深度的相关性最高;流动次数Fn物理意义明确,可以用于沥青混合料车辙预估,并进而指导混合料设计。

Study on the Correlation Between the Creep Experiment and the

 Rutting Test for the Asphalt Mixture High Temperature Performance

AbstractIn order to verify whether mechanical parameters of creep test could effectively evaluate the high temperature stability of asphalt mixturethree kinds of asphalt mixture gradations was selected to test at three different temperatures with uniaxial static creep testrepeated creep test and rutting testcompared analysis the correlation between mechanical parameters of creep experiment test and rutting test dynamic stability and permanent the amount of deformation. The test results showed that: the uniaxial static creep test of residual strain ratioslope b1creep stiffness modulus E2 and flow rate Fn and DS and rutting depth has a good correlationall could be used to evaluate the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture. Slope b1 has the highest correlation with stability DS. The slope b2 and flow times Fn have the highest correlation with the rutting depth. The flow rate Fn has clear physical meaningused for prediction of the depth of car experiment tracking of asphalt mixture and then guide the mixture design.
