基于积分法的水泥混凝土成熟度计算模型分析

  通过借助积分学理论,建立了新成熟度计算模型,分析了采用该模型计算水泥混凝土成熟度的适用性,并采用指数模型建立了积分法“成熟度贯入阻力”关系曲线与分段法“成熟度贯入阻力”关系曲线,通过灰色关联度对二者进行了分析比较。研究结果表明:基于最小二乘法实现时温数据的可微化,能够回归拟合合理的时温函数,构造准确的成熟度积分计算模型;积分法“成熟度贯入阻力”关系曲线与分段法“成熟度贯入阻力”关系曲线相比,在计算和预测贯入阻力方面具有更好的适用性。

AbstractA new maturity calculation method established on integral theory for cement concrete was used to analyze the applicability for the calculation of cement concrete maturity. Two kinds of maturity- penetration resistance relation curve established on integral method and piecewise method was compared with grey correlation degree method. The results showed that the data of time-temperature differentiable was achieved by the least square method, which was used to regress and fit the reasonable time-temperature function, establish an appropriate maturity integral calculation model. Integral method used to establish thematurity-penetration resistancerelation curve could achieve a better adaptability compared with piecewise method.
