高速公路加油站企业人员流失分析及对策研究

  要:目前,高速公路加油站企业由于工作环境封闭偏僻,工作性质单一、内容枯燥,人员流失现象较为严重。如何准确把握稳定员工队伍要点,留住并吸引员工形成稳定的工作力量,成为企业人力资源管理的一个课题。本文从实践角度出发,对人员流失问题原因进行分析,总结问题影响,提出解决人员流失、员工队伍不稳定的措施,避免人员流动过于频繁造成的企业损失,降低企业人力资源成本。

AbstractRecently, the staffs loss phenomenon in highway gas station business is more serious due to enclosed remote work environment and single boring work content. It has become a subject of enterprise manpower resource managementhow grasp the key points of stabilizing staff team accuratelykeep and attract staff to form a stable work force. In order to avoid the losses caused by frequent turnover and reduce the cost of human resourcesthis paper analyzed the reasons of the staff losssummarized the problemsand put forward the measures to solve the problem from the perspective of practice.
