乳化沥青冷再生配合比设计

  要:根据沥青混合料配合比设计依据,测定乳化沥青常用技术指标,在对回收沥青路面材料(RAP)进行抽提试验的基础上,对乳化沥青冷再生混合料进行配合比设计。通过室内配合比设计试验,确定乳化沥青冷再生混合料的级配、最佳含水量和最佳乳化沥青用量,并进行劈裂试验检验路用性能。经研究表明:确定乳化沥青冷再生混合料配合比矿料比例为:RAP04.75mm9.519mm =702010,水泥用量为矿料质量的2.0%,最佳含水量为6.5%,最佳乳化沥青用量为5.0%;所检测干劈裂强度和冻融劈裂强度比满足规范要求。

AbstractAccording to the mixture ratio design of asphalt mixturethe common technical indexes of emulsified asphalt were determined. Based on the extraction test of recycled asphalt pavement material RAP),the mixture ratio design of emulsified asphalt cold recycling mixture has been carried out. According to the lab testthe gradationthe optimum water content and the optimum emulsified asphalt content of the emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture were determinedand the performance of the test was also tested. The study shows that the emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture ratio of aggregate ratio was RAP:0~4.75mm:9.5~19mm =70:20:10cement dosage of mineral aggregate was 2.0%the best containing water was 6.5%the optimum emulsified asphalt content was 5.0%. The ratio of dry splitting strength and freeze-thaw splitting strength met the requirements of the specification.
