温拌沥青混合料试件成型方法研究

  要:为了完善马歇尔击实法和轮碾仪成型法对于温拌沥青混合料降温后与实际路面碾压契合度不高的缺点,采用与实际施工契合度较高的旋转压实法(SGC)进行对比,对两种类型(AC-16SMA-13)的温拌沥青混合料在五个不同温度下采用三种成型方法的试件空隙率试验,对试验结果进行对比分析并进一步找出不同成型方式内在规律性。研究结果表明:对于温拌沥青混合料,旋转压实法、马歇尔击实法和轮碾仪成型法成型试件的空隙率与温度之间具有很好的线性相关性;三种成型方式的试件空隙率对温度敏感性大小顺序依次为:旋转压实法>马歇尔击实法>轮碾仪成型法;马歇尔击实法和轮碾仪成型法与旋转压实法具有很好的性关性,可通过各自之间的回归方程对试验结果进行换算和修正以指导试验和施工。

AbstractIn order to improve the disadvantage of the low fit between after cooling and actual pavement rolling for warm mix asphalt mixture using the Marshall compaction method and wheel grinding instrument forming method, the rotation compaction method with a higher degree fit to the actual construction was used to compare by two types of warm mix asphalt mixture material at different temperatures using three methods of forming specimen porosity testa comparison is made of the test result and the inherent laws of different molding methods was found. The results showed that gyratory compaction method, Marshall hammer method and wheel grinding instrument molding method for warm mix asphalt mixture specimen had a good linear correlation between temperature and void rate, The order of the temperature sensitivity for the three forming methods’ void rate is that rotation compaction method > Marshall hit method > wheel grinding machine molding method. Marshall method and wheel grinding apparatus forming method has good relevance with rotation compaction methodwhich could guidance test and construction.through conversion and correction regression equation test results.
