  要:结合公路施工企业从业人员水平参差不齐,施工技术人才缺乏,人才流失严重的实际,分析公路施工一线职工流失的原因是职工职业规划前景暗淡,长时间两地分居,继续教育机会少,提出做好公路施工一线职工的职业规划减轻公路施工一线职工的家庭负担,实现公路施工一线职工继续教育的权利等留住高素质人才的措施。

AbstractThe reasons for the loss frontline staff was analyzed combines with the actual situation,the uneven level of employees of construction enterprisesshortage in construction techniciansand serious brain drain.The reasons were mainly caused by bleak career planning for employeeslong separated families and the lack of continuing education opportunities.Therefore,some measures such as do a good job of career planning of frontline staff in highway constructionlighten the burden on their familyachieve their right to receive continuing education were put forward to retain high quality talent.
