  要:本文基于职业生涯管理理论,分析快递物流企业在经营中面临的人才流失、员工矛盾等问题,从员工事业生命的角度提出了系统化、前后接续的人力资源管理理念,将联合培养、员工成长等观点融入其中,为物流企业管理提供一种新的思想,对于指导员工管理、增强企业凝聚力具有一定的参考价值。
