短路基段斜向预应力混凝土复合式路面施工技术研究

  要:近两年,斜向预应力混凝土路面得到了大力的推广,因其具有较高的承载能力及较好的耐久性,多应用于重载路面及收费广场。而桥-桥相接的短路基(<200m由于施工条件有限,又是刚-柔过渡段,会产生桥头跳车现象。将斜向预应力混凝土设计为复合式路面,既能增强路面的承载力和耐久性,又能实现桥头处刚性体连续过渡,消除桥头跳车现象,保证行车安全。本文主要介绍了该类型复合式路面的施工技术,并对施工中的有关问题进行了探讨,为以后的工艺技术改进提供参考建议。

Abstract:Cross-tensioned prestressed concrete pavement has been vigorously promoted recently.Because it has high bearing capacity and good durability, it is usually applied in heavy-load roads and toll plaza. Shorted subgrade between the two bridge is always less than 200 meters long. Because of bading construction conditions and transition section of the rigid body-flexible body, vehicle usually bumped on the two ends of the bridge. If cross-tensioned prestressed concrete is designned to composite pavement, it could not only enhance the bearing capacity and durability of pavement, but also could realize a continuous transition of rigid body and eliminate the phenomenon of vehicle dumpping to ensure driving safety. This paper mainly introduced the types of composite pavement construction technology and discussed the relevant problems in construction for providing the reference suggestion of technology improvement in the future.
