预制箱梁张拉预应力损失控制研究

  要:本文以某20m预制箱梁为依托,在张拉施工过程中通过布置锚索计监测每一步的张拉力,进而从预应力管道摩阻损失、锚固损失、混凝土弹性压缩损失和后期损失等方面进行实时监测分析研究,通过比拟法得到影响预应力损失因素的敏感参数。研究表明,预应力管道摩阻和锚固造成的预应力损失值较大,由混凝土弹性压缩、应力松弛和收缩徐变造成的预应力损失值较小。

AbstractBased on a precast concrete box beam of 20 m, every step of the tension forces were monitored by the anchor cable arranged during the process of tensioning construction project, which is used to do the real-time monitoring and analysis research on the aspacts such as friction loss, anchor and prestressed pipe from late loss, concrete elastic compression loss and so on. At the same time the factors influencing the loss of prestress sensitive parameters was got by the analogy method. Studies showed that prestressed pipe friction and anchorage of prestressed loss value was bigger, the elastic compression of concrete, the stress relaxation and creep and shrinkage caused by loss of prestress value was smaller.
