丁苯胶乳对微表处用改性乳化沥青性能的影响研究

  要:针对目前胶乳质量参差不齐,胶乳在乳化沥青中的掺量不明确的现状,本文检测了国内外常用的3种胶乳含量,对比了不同品牌的丁苯胶乳在不同掺量下的改性乳化沥青蒸发残留物的延度、软化点、粘韧性及稀浆混合料的湿轮磨耗值,研究结果表明:胶乳的用量对改性乳化沥青的性能有较大影响,并且3个品牌的胶乳质量存在差异,微表处用改性乳化沥青中的丁苯胶乳最佳用量为4%

The influence of SBR latex on the properties of  modified emulsified asphalt

Abstract:In view of the status quo that the current uneven quality of latex, latex in emulsion asphalt content is not clear, in this paper, three kinds of common latex were detected, and ductility, softening point, visco toughness and thin slurry mixture WTAT value of different varieties of styrene butadiene latex in different dosage of modified emulsification evaporation residue of asphalt were compared. The research results showed that the amount of latex had a great influence on the performance of modified emulsified asphalt, the quality of the latex of the 3 brands was different, and the optimum dosage of styrene butadiene rubber latex in modified emulsified asphalt was 4%.
