水泥混凝土桥桥面防水粘结层抗剪切性能评价

  要:以斜剪试验的剪切强度为评价指标,研究了粘层油类型、洒布量、试验温度、加载速率等因素对水泥混凝土桥桥面防水粘结层抗剪性能的影响作用。结果表明:不同类型粘结层抗剪切性能有明显差异,其中橡胶沥青抗剪性能最优;且随着洒布量增加,各粘结层材料抗剪强度均表现为先升后降趋势,基质沥青、SBS改性乳化沥青、SBS改性沥青、橡胶沥青的最佳洒布量分别为15211212kg/m2;随着试验温度升高或加载速率降低,各粘结层材料抗剪强度迅速衰减,表明在高温、低车速下防水粘结层更易破坏。

Evaluation of Shear Resistance of Cement Concrete Bridge Deck Waterproof Adhesive Layer

Abstract:The influence of tack coat type, content, test temperature and load rate on the adhesive behavior of waterproof adhesive layer were investigated using the index of shear strength based on skew shear test. The results showed that shear properties of different types of adhesive layer were significantly different, and the adherence of rubber asphalt waterproof adhesive layer could reach the best adherence level. The optimum content for base asphalt, SBS modified emulsified asphalt, SBS modified asphalt and rubber asphalt are 1.5kg/m2, 2.1kg/m2,1.2kg/m2 and 1.2kg/m2 respectively. With the increasing of test temperature or decreasing of loading rate, the shear strength of the adhesive layer decreased rapidly, which indicated that the waterproof adhesive layer was more easily to be damaged at high temperature and low speed.
