温拌沥青混合料配合比设计方法研究

  要:为了完善温拌沥青混合料配合比设计方法,通过改变马歇尔击实法成型试件的击实温度和击实功两个因素,以空隙率为主要控制指标,对AC16型温拌沥青混合料进行旋转压实法和马歇尔击实法对比试验。研究结果表明:旋转压实法和马歇尔击实法成型试件的空隙率随着成型温度的降低逐渐增大;马歇尔击实法比旋转压实法成型试件的空隙率降低幅度和变化率均大,且温度越低,增加幅度和变化率越显著;当采用马歇尔击实法成型试件时,若要获得能够反映真实情况的空隙率,试件击实温度应比目标降温幅度提高18℃;击实次数在50~90次变化时,试件空隙率逐渐减小;当击实次数大于90次时,试件空隙率基本稳定不变或略微增大;提高击实功,试件空隙率与击实温度没有规律性。

Mixture Design Method of Warm Mix Asphalt

Abstract: In order to improve warm mix proportion design method of warm mix asphalt. Through the changing of Marshall compaction temperature and compaction work, taking the void rate as the main control index, the AC-16 warm mix asphalt mixture material of gyratory compaction method was contrast with the Marshall compaction method. The results showed that forming specimen porosity of the rotation compaction method and Marshall compaction method increased with temperature decreasing. The porosity decreased rate of Marshall compaction method was bigger than the gyratory compaction molding specimen and the lower of temperature, the more obvious of the increasing and changing rate. In order to obtain the real porosity, the compaction temperature should be raised 18 than the target temperature when using Marshall hammer compaction molding specimen. With the increasing of the compaction times from 50 to 90 times, specimen porosity was decreasing. when the compaction times more than 90 times, the specimen porosity is basically stable or slightly increased. Specimen porosity was no regular changes with compaction temperature by improving the compaction work.
