应力吸收层沥青混合料级配设计与路用性能研究

  要:应力吸收层对沥青路面结构性能具有重要影响。本文对应力吸收层的材料参数与混合料配合比进行分析,提出了细、中、粗三条AC5混合料级配曲线,通过室内试验对三种级配应力吸收层沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性展开研究。研究表明,集料粗细对应力吸收层的路用性能有影响,本文提出的细、中、粗级配都能满足使用要求,可根据工程实际选用和优化级配组成。本研究为应力吸收层沥青混合料优选提供参考。

Study on the Pavement Performance of Asphalt Mixture Stress Absorbing Membrane Interlayer

Abstract: The stress absorption layer has an important effect on the asphalt pavement structure. In this paper, the mixture material parameters and the mixing ratio of the stress absorption layer were analyzed. Three AC 5 mixes gradation curves of fine medium and coarse were proposed, and the high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and water stability of three kinds of graded stress absorbing layer asphalt mixtures were studied by laboratory test. The results showed that the thickness of aggregate had an influence on the road performance of the stress absorbing layer. The fine, medium and coarse gradation proposed in this paper could meet the requirement of use, and could be used according to the actual selection and optimization of gradation. This study provides a reference for stress absorbing layer asphalt mixtures
