钢桥面复合铺装结构高温与疲劳性能试验研究

  要:为合理选择路用性能均衡的钢桥面复合铺装结构,本文基于车辙试验和四点弯曲试验测试了4种钢桥面沥青铺装组合结构的高温稳定性能和疲劳性能。试验结果表明:在4种桥面铺装结构中双层环氧沥青铺装的抗车辙性能最优,双层浇注式沥青铺装的抗疲劳性能最优,“上铺装层环氧+下铺装层浇注”复合结构的高温和疲劳性能均优于“上铺装层浇注+下铺装层环氧”复合结构,研究成果为钢桥面铺装结构组合设计提供了试验依据。

Experiment Research on High Temperature and Fatigue Properties

of Pavement Structures on Steel Deck

Abstract:In order to rationally select the steel composite pavement with the balanced performance, the high temperature stability and fatigue performance of the four kinds of steel bridge asphalt pavement composite structures were tested based on the rutting test and the four-point bending test. The results showed that the antirutting performance of the doublelayer epoxy asphalt pavement was the best and the anti-fatigue performance of the doublelayer gussasphalt mixture was the best Whats more the high temperature and fatigue performance of the pavement upper layer epoxy asphalt mixture + lower layer gussasphalt mixture is better than the pavement upper layer gussasphalt mixture +lower layer epoxy asphalt mixture. The positive function of this research is that provides the experimental basis for the design of steel bridge deck pavement
