水泥混凝土桥桥面防水粘结层抗疲劳性能研究

  要:为改善桥面防水层的抗疲劳性能,本文借鉴沥青混合料疲劳试验的方法,室内成型复合板试件,采用车辙和剪切试验对比分析了环氧沥青、SBS改性沥青、AMP-100和橡胶沥青等防水粘结层的抗疲劳性能,并推导出相应的衰减疲劳方程,预测分析了不同粘结层的疲劳寿命。结果表明:防水粘结层抗剪切强度随加载次数的增加逐渐降低,且相互之间符合指数回归关系。剪切强度达到破坏极限时,环氧沥青-7611SBS改性沥青、橡胶沥青(19%)和AMP-100防水粘结层的抗疲劳寿命依次递减。其研究结果可为防水粘结层胶结料的优化提供参考。

Study on Anti fatigue Performance of Waterproofing Adhesive Layer of Concrete Bridge Desk

Abstract:In order to improve the anti fatigue performance of waterproofing adhesive layer on concrete bridge desk, based on the method of fatigue test of asphalt mixture, fatigue resistance of different adhesive layers was studied by conducting a series of comparison tests between rutting and shearing test .And the fatigue equation was deduced to calculate different adhesive layers fatigue life. The result indicates that the relationship between shear strength and load times could be described more accurately by using exponential equation; when the ultimate shear strength was reached, the performance of fatigue resistance of four different adhesive layers were as follows: 7611 epoxy asphalt SBS modified bitumen rubber asphalt AMP-100. And the results could provide improvement suggestion for waterproofing adhesive layer.
