黄河河床岩石夹层地质条件下桩基涌水漏浆处理施工技术

  要:本文结合延延高速黄河特大桥5#6#主墩在黄河河床岩石夹层地质条件下桩基施工时出现的严重涌水漏浆问题及其处理措施。通过现场钻进记录,分析发生涌水、漏浆的原因及位置,对症下药,提出处理方案,解决了钻孔过程中泥浆控制和护壁安全,避免了混凝土灌注过程流动水影响成桩混凝土质量,为相似地质条件下水下桩基施工提供参考经验,从而达到减少成本、缩短工期的目的。

Abstract:Combined with the slurry leakage and its treatment measures in the construction of pile foundation under the geological conditions of the Yellow River bed rock interlayer on Yan yan highway Yellow River bridge inrush 5#, 6# main pier, by the drilling records, the reason and the place of water gushing and leakage was analyzed. A solution to solve the mud wall control and safety in drilling process was put forward, which avoided the water flow affect on the pile concrete quality in the concrete pouring process, provided reference for the similar geological conditions of water under the pile foundation construction, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the cost and shorten the construction period.
